Cancellation Policy & Privacy

Once you've booked your session, you should receive an email notification and calendar invitation. Inside the Calendly appointment is where you can also reschedule or cancel as needed by scrolling down to the links at the bottom.

We work with a cancellation and rescheduling policy of a minimum of 48 hrs (Monday through Friday). In the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hrs), a $100 fee will be applied to a credit card on file to hold the integrity of commitment on both sides and the session time that might have been offered to another client.

In the case of medical emergencies only, we completely understand if short notice is given and the fee is waived. If there is an emergency, please contact us directly via email.

This policy has been intentionally designed to uphold and illustrate healthy boundaries, as well as to honor everyone's energy.

What information do we ask for and how do we use it?

At Fenixstar Universal, we request information from our clients in an effort to improve the experience and communication of products, services and promotions. We collect data such as your name, email and address, which you provide us when you register on our site or when you make a payment. For security reasons, we do not request information about your payment methods directly and it remains private between you and our providers of electronic payment systems. 

Your personal data will not be rented or sold for any reason. Ever.
