Tisha Lin is not a 3D medical doctor. Services and products of “Fenixstar Universal”, have not been evaluated by the matrix Food and Drug Administration or any other matrix governing agency. The "Fenixstar Universal" team intend to help prevent or ease suffering exclusively by energetic and spiritual means. Therefore, these are never a substitute for 3D conventional medical or mental health psychological diagnosis and treatment, and should never be regarded as such. You are hereby informed to not solely rely on products and services of "Fenixstar Universal" as an alternative to 3D medical advice from your doctor or other professional healthcare providers. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Upon booking your session, you should receive an email notification and calendar invitation. Inside the Calendly appointment is where you can also reschedule or cancel as needed by scrolling down to the links at the bottom.
To confirm and hold your session, a USD $200 is paid via the online portal. You can do this through the invoice you received via email. Then, the credit card you use can be automatically charged for the balance post-session. A deposit not yet received at least one week prior to a booked session will then release the session, open the time slot, the deposit refund will be issued, and completing the energetic interaction.
We work with a cancellation and rescheduling policy of a minimum of 48 hours (Monday through Friday). In the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours), a $100 fee will be applied to the credit card on file to hold the integrity of commitment on both sides and the session time that might have been offered to another client.
